Two men from southeastern Wisconsin have been charged with breaking in to an area high school. 43 year old David A. Speck of Germantown and William A. Mingorance of Milwaukee, no age given, each face counts of burglary and theft for allegedly breaking into Weyauwega-Fremont High School’s shop area last Thursday. The pair was allegedly trying to steal a grinder and a welding unit when they were arrested by Weyauwega police. Speck is also facing charges of possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia, after officers at the jail allegedly found cocaine on him. Both men face over a dozen years behind bars if convicted.
