Two Clintonville residents are facing multiple felony counts in Waupaca County Circuit Court, including I-D theft and fraud against a financial institution. 35 year old Anthony L. Luckow also faces counts of burglary and credit card theft, while 29 year old Jacqline D. Swenson also faces the credit card theft count. The two are alleged to have stolen a credit card in June, and then allegedly used it at various ATM’s to withdraw over 5-thousand dollars in cash. Luckow is also alleged to have burglarized a Town of Bear Creek auto shop in April, taking tools and a battery charger. If convicted, Luckow faces up to 30 years in prison, while Swenson could spend a dozen years behind bars. Luckow is being held on a 10-thousand dollar cash bond, while Swenson makes her initial appearance on the charges December 16th.
