Two area men are facing felony drunk driving charges in Waupaca County Court in separate cases. 50 year old Scott D. Timm of New London is charged with his 4th operating while intoxicated offense, along with operating while revoked. The criminal complaint says he was stopped for speeding in New London in mid-May. He was driving with an alleged blood-alcohol concentration of .243 percent.
53 year old Brian K. Tomashek of Clintonville is also charged with 4th offense OWI. He was pulled over in Clintonville in late May, allegedly driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of .170 percent. Both men face up to 6 years in prison if convicted. Tomashek makes his initial court appearance August 6th, while Timm is due in court August 20th.
