Two men are facing multiple burglary charges in Waupaca County Court. 22 year old Tanner C. Ater of Manawa and 20 year old Andrew J. Dietze of Fox Crossing both face 3 counts of burglary, for allegedly breaking into buildings in the Towns of Helvetia and Union in October, allegedly taking tools and gas. Both men face up to 36 years in prison if convicted. Ater was ordered held on a 1000 dollar cash bond, or could be released on a 2000 dollar co-signed signature bond. Dietze was ordered held on 1000 dollars cash. Both men are due back in court next Tuesday.
