Two area men have been charged with selling drugs from a Fremont area home. 33 year old Nicolas W. Schulke of Waupaca faces a felony count of conspiracy to possess amphetamines with intent to deliver– 2nd offense, while 27 year old Zachery T. Smith of Weyauwega is charged with conspiracy to possess amphetamines with intent to deliver as a party to a crime. The criminal complaint alleges the two had methamphetamine shipped from California to a Town of Fremont residence on multiple occasions between January and August of this year. The complaint says authorities intercepted one package containing 61 grams of the drug. If convicted, both men could face up to 40 years in prison. Schulke made his initial appearance in court Wednesday, while Smith is due in court October 22nd.
