Two Waupaca men are facing burglary charges in Waupaca County Circuit Court in separate cases. 23 year old Jordan T.D. Schneider is charged with burglary, theft, and felony bail jumping, for allegedly breaking into the home of a relative in the Town of Lind in September, allegedly stealing tv’s money, and other items. The complaint says authorities found the items at an Appleton pawn shop. The bail jumping charge stems from bond conditions on a marijuana charge from July. If convicted, Schneider could face up to 18 years in prison. His initial appearance date is set for February 14th. Meanwhile, 22 year old Nicholas J. Graff is charged with burglary and theft, both as a repeat offender. The criminal complaint against Graff alleges he broke into a garage in the Town of Dayton in December, taking tools, stereo equipment, tires, and some signs. He faces up to 14 years behind bars if convicted. An arrest warrant has been issued for Graff.
