Two Fox Valley residents are facing drug charges after a traffic stop in the Waupaca County Town of Bear Creek last week. 41 year old Wendy A. Krueger faces felony counts of possession of marijuana– 2nd or subsequent offense, and bail jumping, along with misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia and obstructing an officer. 42 year old Timothy J. Farrell also faces a felony marijuana charge, along with paraphernalia and obstruction. The complaint says their car was pulled over by a state trooper last Friday. The complaint alleges officers found 3 baggies of marijuana, along with multiple items of paraphernalia. The bail jumping count against Krueger stems from bond conditions on a drug charge from Waushara County this past March. If convicted, she could face up to 9 years in prison. Krueger is being held on a 1000 dollar cash bond, and is due back in court today. Farrell was released on a 1000 dollar signature bond. He’s due back in court October 17th.
