A Waupaca man is facing charges of methamphetamine possession in Waupaca County Court. 37 year old David Van made his initial appearance in court on Tuesday on felony charges of possession of methamphetamine, second or greater offense, and a felony charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place as well as misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the criminal complaint, officers executed a search warrant at Van’s address and found numerous plastics bags, which later tested positive for methamphetamine, numerous needles, and other drug paraphernalia.
