A Waupaca man is due in court next month facing a felony bail jumping charge. 23 year old Keilan R. Washington also faces a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge, after allegedly causing a disturbance last week at a west-side fast food restaurant. The complaint alleges Washington got into an argument with an employee there over a cellphone. The bail jumping count stems from bond conditions on previous charges of physical abuse of a child and strangulation and suffocation. If convicted on the latest charges, he could face up to 6 years in prison. Washington is due in court December 3rd.
