Several new drug cases were filed Monday in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 26 year old Alan C. Kotchkoski of Wausau is charged with possession of narcotic drugs, following a traffic stop in Weyauwega Saturday. The criminal complaint alleges officers found numerous baggies of heroin, with a total of 8 grams, in the vehicle. Kotchkoski was released on a 2000 dollar signature bond, and is due back in court May 19th. He is facing up to 3 and a half years in prison if convicted.
A Marion woman is facing up to 20 years in prison following three felony bail jumping charges, plus possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and obstructing officers. 27 year old Jody K. Schoeppe was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over in Clintonville Sunday. She allegedly attempted to flee on foot, but was caught. The complaint alleges she had meth in her possession. The bail jumping counts stem from bond conditions on three felony cases from earlier this year in Waupaca, Winnebago, and Menominee Counties. Schoeppe is being held on 25-hundred cash bond.
Also charged with possession of meth is 34 year old Nicholas D. Lamphear of Clintonville. Lamphear allegedly had meth in his vehicle when he was pulled over in Clintonville Saturday. He faces up to 3 and a half years behind bars if convicted. Lamphear is free on a 2000 dollar signature bond, and is due back in court on May 19th.
