A Neenah man is being held in the Waupaca County jail on a 35-hundred dollar cash bond following a felony drunk driving charge. 42 year old Jeremy J. Olson was arrested for his 7th operating while intoxicated in the Town of Lind Wednesday. The criminal complaint alleges his blood alcohol concentration was .08 percent, above the .02 percent limit for someone convicted 6 times for drunk driving. Olson’s 6 previous convictions date back to 1994. The complaint says the state trooper also allegedly found drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. If convicted, Olson could face up to 12 and a half years in prison. He is due back in court next Tuesday.
