A Wisconsin Rapids man will serve time in jail following sentencing on a felony drunk driving conviction in Waupaca County Circuit Court. 30 year old Joshua L. Jackson entered a no contest plea to 4th offense OWI within 5 years, as well as two counts of bail jumping. Several other charges were dismissed in the plea agreement. Jackson had a blood-alcohol concentration of .225 percent when he was stopped in Waupaca in December 2016. He was placed on probation for 3 years, and was ordered to serve 9 months in jail. Jackson was also ordered to pay fines and costs of over 2000 dollars, had his license revoked for 3 years, and must install an ignition interlock device for 3 years.
