A Wisconsin Rapids woman will spend 90 days in jail following her conviction for 3rd offense drunk driving, with 3 minor children in the vehicle. 33 year old Tanya Casas was arrested in the Town of Caledonia in July of 2016, driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of .208 percent. At the time of her arrest, three kids, all under the age of 8, were passengers in the car. Along with the jail time, Casas was also placed on two years probation, had her license revoked for 4 years, must install an ignition interlock device for 4 years, and was ordered to pay a 36-hundred dollar fine, and perform 50 hours of community service. She will be allowed to serve her time in the Wood County jail.
