A Milwaukee man is being held in the Waupaca County jail on a 250-thousand dollar cash bond following a homicide charge in Waupaca County Court Friday. 32 year old Victor L. Winston faces a count of first degree reckless homicide in the death of Sheila Behm in the Town of Farmington. She died of a heroin and fentanyl overdose in 2018. The criminal complaint alleges Winston was the drug supplier. Another man who was involved in helping Behm get the drugs, Matthew J. Mead, was convicted of the same charge in June. He is currently serving a 4-year prison term. Winston faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted. He is due back in court on Tuesday.
