Work on renovations at the Waupaca County Courthouse are expected to begin next week. Much of the work on the 1.6 million dollar project will be focused on the 2nd floor, which houses the Department of Health and Human Services. There, office space will be re-organized into work stations and five enclosed offices. Work will also be done in the District Attorney’s office, and the courtroom Branch 1 office area. Exterior work on the building will be done, including brick replacement and caulking, as well as replacing structural support plates. The project is expected to be complete by early September.
